Hulma-Iligan Creatives Collective is a community of artists, cultural workers, and advocates from Iligan and Northern Mindanao, committed to building a vibrant and inclusive creative ecosystem in the South. Founded in 2022, Hulma promotes culture-driven development by empowering communities to tell their stories, celebrate diverse identities, and shape their futures through the arts.
